Kim + Adam

Toronto , Wedding - November 25, 2013 - 0 Comments

Kim and Adam are the type of couple that truly inspire you to be a better person. They are kind, warm and genuinely loving people.  They light up any room and have a very deep love for each other.  And we were lucky enough to be part of their wedding.

Kim and Adam both share a common value for family which was evident on their wedding day.  Their chuppah was draped with vintage lace from Kim’s grandmother and during the reception Kim changed into her mother’s wedding gown.  They also displayed many photos of their families around the cocktail space and had a dedication to those family members that are no longer with them.

When describing Kim and Adam’s wedding day, it is also important to mention a very special part of their family; their dog Barley.  He was not physically at their wedding, but he certainly played a big role. Their pug was featured on their invites, escort cards, table numbers and was the inspiration behind their cake pop (ie ‘pug pop’) wedding cake!

Kim works with autistic children and is extremely passionate and devoted to her work and her students.  One of her students, whom she taught to read and write, hand drew their wedding invites and inspired the stationary used for their wedding day.

They were married on August 4, 2013 at Grand Luxe Event Boutique on a perfect summer day.  We wish Kim and Adam a very hearty congratulations on their wedding day and a big thank you for letting us share in the day.
